Brad formed Senior Property Associates in 2018, following a successful track record of projects and clients in the senior property market over the previous 6 years, whilst working alongside Simon Rohleder at the niche and long established Mayfair-based property advisory business of Rohleder Lumby; Simon remains a Consultant to Senior Property Associates.

Brad became a Member of the RICS in 1997. After working for Chesterton in Birmingham he became a Partner at Donaldsons (now part of Cushman and Wakefield) and subsequently a Director of Colliers CRE (now Colliers International). Until 2012 his area of expertise was in the UK leisure and hotel sectors, followed by a period of international hotel work.

Simon Rohleder MRICS

Consultant

​

Simon, who has been a Member of the RICS since 1981, will continue to work closely as a consultant to Senior Property Associates on both the pipeline of projects that were created whilst working together as Rohleder Lumby as well as new projects in the senior property sector. 

Simon will also continue to run the business of Rohleder Lumby independently for projects that are in other sectors of the property market. Rohleder Lumby has, for over 30 years, been a nationally recognised advisory business across the property market, and in particular within the retail sector.

Tom Rankin BSc MRICS

Consultant

​

Tom Rankin is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with 30 years experience.

​

He worked in private practice surveying before moving to the housebuilding industry with Taylor Wimpey, Barratt Homes and Balfour Beatty where he held senior land acquisition related positions.

​

Tom has a good eye for possible development opportunities. Using his experience, Tom founded Prime Land Consultants Ltd in Glasgow in 2004, previously being a self-employed development consultant from 1999 to 2004.

​

In 2015 he recognised the growing needs of the senior living market, particularly in the English market. He has been involved in finding and buying senior living opportunities across England for the last 5 years.
